• Children: Primary care for a 3-month-old infant

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (43.7.5 hours/week).

• Key Tasks: Managing infant feeding and nap schedules, planning developmental play, handling children’s laundry, and maintaining an organized nursery and play area.

• Compensation: $775-$915/week DOE ( $17-$20/ hr) with overtime pay for hours above 40 a week

The ideal candidate is a bubbly, high-energy professional with extensive infant experience and a genuine passion for early childhood development. They must be safety-conscious, reliable, and physically capable of navigating stairs while carrying 20+ pounds. This caregiver should be a proactive communicator who remains calm under pressure, takes initiative with light household management—including laundry and organization—and is comfortable working in a faith-based household with parents who work from home.

Notes: The ideal candidate will provide a warm, positive, and secure environment for the children in the absence of their parents. This role is primarily focused on after-school care and transportation to and from school and activities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11 am-4 pm or 12 pm-5 pm, you choose the time! Guaranteed 25 hours a week.

Compensation: $450–$500/week  ($18-$20/hr) DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 am-9 am & 3:15 pm-5:15 pm, 25 hours a week guaranteed

Compensation: $475–$550/week  ($19-$22/hr) DOE.  

Notes: The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and safety-conscious, with the ability to confidently support pre-teen and teen needs while keeping the household running smoothly. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and values creating a supportive, well-managed environment for the entire family.

Notes: Responsibilities include actively engage with the baby’s developmental needs, interests, and routines, Maintain the baby’s hygiene, including frequent diaper changes, dressing, and changing clothes as needed. If you love infants this may be a great position for you!
